With great disappointment, we will no longer be able to send email to AOL Users.

 

Our website and email hosting service has received many spam complaints from AOL over the past several months. It was reported to us that AOL has threatened to block our server (Email Accounts) and the many other companies who also share the same server through our hosting service.

 

Whether intentional or unintentional, AOL is “policing” our email and wrongfully marking it as spam. We never have and never will spam anyone. Our email list is very valuable to us and we would not do anything to jeopardize this effective method of communicating with our customers. We are a legitimate business then sends out legitimate emails. It is our hope that you find our newsletter alert to be valuable as well.

 

AOL has blocked legitimate companies without even telling them they are blocked.   Often a company is left to figure out why it is blocked. Once an email addressed is blocked by AOL, they're very slow to act on removal requests.   Our Web Host has suggested that the best way to handle this problem is to just not email AOL users.

 

With that being stated, we can no longer send email to any AOL email addresses in order to prevent our email addresses and thousands (possibly hundreds of thousands) of other users of our hosting companies servers from being wrongfully banned.

 

We strongly suggest that if you wish to continue to receive our newsletter that you signed up for, you contact AOL directly to express your concerns.  In the mean time, we highly recommend that you utilize a more user-friendly service such as yahoo.com, hotmail.com, or gmail.com.

 

If you set up a non-AOL email address, please send an email to news@bettysstamppad.com with SUBSCRIBE in the subject line to be able to be added back to our email newsletter list.

 

We sincerely apologize that we are being forced to no longer send email to our loyal customers who happen to be using AOL and truly appreciate your understanding. Please be sure to express your dismay to AOL regarding this matter.
